Regarding to the pails production, with the development of IML technology, more and more customers choose to change their labeling solution from traditional screen printing , heat transfer printing to IML(in mold labeling). this article we mainly talking about theIML pails production solution.

IML pails production line need the following machine equipments:

High quality plastic pails molds in mold labeling design, regarding to the molds, normally we use P20 mould material or better material 718H or DIN1.2738. And iml pails especially need pay attention to the injection point position design, to make sure the injection point will be not on the labeling position. Others is the same with the normal paint buckets molds.

High quality pails molding machine, according to your own situation, you can choose servo motor molding machine, standard molding machine, or high speed molding machine. And attached the molding machine, you may need auxiliary equipment, like auto loader, chiller, compressor, and crusher, mixer.

High quality in mold labeling CNC robots, the robots quality and precision control is very important, otherwise it will influence much your production efficiency. The robots mainly including the parts: robots, label magazine, grippe, stacking units, electrostatic device, safety housing, and convey belts.
